Launch the program and you'll be asked to register the software. If you have purchased the license, then you can get the register code and email address in your email. Just copy them and input them in the box.

Q4. What can I do if my file won't load into Video Converter Ultimate?

1. Make sure that the software can support the file format. For the list of supported formats, refer to the following link.

2. Play the video on a video player and check if it is damaged or corrupted.

Q5. How to speed up the conversion?

Generally, several factors, including the source file, the output settings, computer performance and configuration, influence the conversion speed. You can follow the steps below to speed up the conversion with Video Converter Ultimate.

1. Please close any unnecessary applications during the conversion, otherwise it may take large memories and CPU of your computer to slow down the conversion.

2. The higher parameter of resolution, frame rate the source video has, the longer it takes to convert it. If you want to speed up the conversion, you can choose or customize the Minimum parameters of Resolution and Video Bitrate. Note that this will reduce the output quality.

3. Go the "Preference" of the program and tick "Enable GPU Acceleration" and "Enable High Speed conversion."

Q6. Why are my files converted incompletely?

In trial version, only 1/3 of the length of the source media will be converted. If you want to convert the whole video or audio, you need to register the product. When you use the licensed version, the free trial limitations will be removed.

If your program is fully registered but the case persists, please make sure your file is played normally in your computer. If yes, you can contact us with source file.

Q7. Why there is no sound after completing a conversion?

This issue could happen after you convert a DRM protected files when a virtual sound card is needed while converting this kind of video. Once the conversion is complete, the computer should automatically switch back to the default sound card on your computer. If the computer fails to do so, then you will lose sound and have to manually reset the sound card. The following steps will help you.

Step 1. Find the small speaker icon on the main toolbar in the bottom right corner of the desktop. Then, right click and choose "Playback Devices".

Step 2. Right click (right mouse button) the real sound card and choose "Set as Default Device."

It may be caused by:

1.Your Internet connection is unstable or slow.

2.The video has special protection, or be a broadcast.

3.Our software doesn’t support all video downloading sites, and you may have tried to download from one we don't support.

1. Make sure that the correct TV standard is selected. North American DVD players are typically formatted to play NTSC video. PAL is the standard in most of Western and Central Europe.

Please check that the phone and computer are connected to the same LAN. Both need to connect to the same router, either through a LAN port or wireless connection.

Step 1. If unexcitedly Video Converter Ultimate starts to crash or freeze, you are suggested to uninstall the program from your computer and reinstall the latest version of the program from our website.

Start the program, then click "Load DVD". Now select Load DVD Folder, Load DVD ISO Files or Load DVD IFO Files to load the files into the program from your hard drive or disc.

Of course you can. This software supports Subtitle in SRT, ASS or SSA format. Please follow the steps below:
1.Import video without subtitles.

2.By checking the "T" option, you can make a custom subtitle style through font, color, size, position, transparency, etc.

The output file size depends on the source file length and the output settings. To reduce the output file size, you can you can choose or customize the Minimum parameters of Resolution and Video Bitrate, but the video quality will be effected. Or you can directly choose "Small size" from "Preset".

You can add text or picture watermark to videos. Click "Edit" and the choose "Watermark". Choose a picture as watermark or input text in the text box. Then, click "OK" to save the changes.
