1. Please close any unnecessary applications during the conversion, otherwise it may take large memories and CPU of your computer to slow down the conversion.
2. The higher parameter of resolution, frame rate the source video has, the longer it takes to convert it. If you want to speed up the conversion, you can choose or customize the Minimum parameters of Resolution and Video Bitrate. Note that this will reduce the output quality.
3. Open the program and go to "Preference" windows. Then, enable NVDIA GPU Acceleration, Intel App Acceleration or enable AMD APP Acceleration.
In trial version, there are time limitations on converted files. If you want to convert the whole video or audio, you need to register the product. When you use the licensed version, the free trial limitations will be removed.
If your program is fully registered but the case persists, please make sure your file is played normally in your computer. If yes, you can contact us with source file.
