Download, install and launch the ringtone maker program on your computer. Then, click "Add Files" to upload the music you want to create ringtone to the program.
Alternatively, go to the "Download" tab and click on "YouTube MP3" to download music from YouTube. Just find the music you need on YouTube, then paste the URL of the song to the pop-up window and download it. After downloading, find the song in "Finished". Then, right click and choose "Convert to". The song will be added to the main interface of the program.

After launching the program, play the song you want to record and click "Record button" to start your recording.
Note: If you see a message ask you to install Virtual Sound Card, just click "Yes" to install it on your computer.
Click on the "Library" tab and all sounds you recorded will be displayed there. Select the recording you want to make as ringtone, then click the bell icon which is located near the song's name and click on it. A bitmap of the track will be displayed. You can move the front end and the rear end to select duration of the ringtone.
