Part 1 How to Get Windows Movie Maker on Windows 10

Step 1. Part 2 How to Create Video with Windows Movie Maker
Launch Windows Movie Maker, and click "Add videos and photos" in the Home tab. It will navigate to the local folder where you can select files from. Click on "Open" to upload the files. Once imported, the files will appear as small thumbnails on your Timeline.
Choose a photo you added on the Timeline. And click on "Edit" button, and you can select the duration times from the Duration drop-down menu. Each of your photos play for seven seconds by default.
Select your videos from the Timeline and click on "Edit" button. Then you are able to adjust the video volume/speed, set the start point/end point or trim/split the videos.
Click on "Add music" on tool bar, then you can add music files from different sources: find new music online or add music from PC.
Adding Other Effects to Video
You are able to add a title, caption and credit to your video from the "Add" section of the Home tab. Click on "Title", for example, you can type out the video title in the preview pane.
