Usually the confirmation email with the registration code will be sent immediately by the third party after you purchased the software. There are two solutions:

According to our regulation, one license code can only be used on one computer. Double systems or multiple users on one computer will be considered as different computers working.

Blu-ray disc, Blu-ray ISO, standard Blu-ray folder.

Q7. Can VideoSolo Blu-ray Plater play DVD disc?

VideoSolo Blu-ray Player supports Blu-ray disc, Blu-ray folder and ISO files. It can also play SD/HD/UHD video files. However, it cannot play DVD disc or DVD folder.

Q8. Do I need a Blu-ray driver to connect to my computer through USB?

Generally speaking, driver on Windows computer is a DVD driver, which cannot recognize Blu-ray disc. If you want to play Blu-ray discs on your computer, then you need a Blu-ray driver supporting Blu-ray playback.

Q9. How to play BD ISO files with your software?

BD ISO files is not like the Blu-ray disc and the Blu-ray folder. To open the Blu-ray ISO images, you need to install a virtual Blu-ray drive on your computer first.

Step 1. Launch the virtual Blu-ray drive to mount the Blu-ray ISO image file, and it can be regarded as a BD disc on your computer.

Step 2. Now you can load the BD ISO file with the VideoSolo Blu-ray player easily.

Q10. Why need Internet Connection sometimes?

This Blu-ray player needs Internet Connection during BD decryption. Users should know that one Blu-ray Disc only need one decryption process. The users who have the same disc will not do decryption once again. That means the Network Connection is not always necessary, but you should make sure the Blu-ray disc be loaded successfully at least once under an Internet Connection.

Q11. How to fix "File loading failed" error?

• Please make sure you are using the latest version of VideoSolo Blu-ray Player.

• Please make sure you have connected a Blu-ray Drive to load the Blu-ray disc.

• Please make sure the system read the Blu-ray Drive and Blu-ray disc correctly.

• Please make sure you have a good network.
